R.I.P. ALBERTO GRIMALDI (1925-2021)

Though he's represented only by the name of his company
P.E.A. (Produzioni Europee Associate), Grimaldi
agreed to ghost-produce Dan Curtis' BURNT
OFFERINGS in exchange for Curtis giving him the
movie rights to Harry Grey's book The Hoods, which
Sergio Leone wanted to make into a film. Leone
eventually made the film--without Grimaldi's involvement--
as 1984's ONCE UPON A TIME IN AMERICA
