Though he's represented only by the name of his company P.E.A. (Produzioni Europee Associate), Grimaldi agreed to ghost-produce Dan Curtis' BURNT OFFERINGS in exchange for Curtis giving him the movie rights to Harry Grey's book The Hoods, which Sergio Leone wanted to make into a film.
